I have known two people who worked there. Both talked negatively about pay, conditions and the owner.
it helps to speak more than 1 language and have an ongoing interest in high fashion etc. you should enjoy working with people and be able to demonstrate good customer service. i think the hours are long, so you should be motivated!
I’ve never worked in there but my family shop in there quite a bit, I think the workers all seem really friendly and always happy to help whenever we go in and they seem like they enjoy working there? I think it would be a great place to work!
I don’t know about working there but I consider Harrods the Mother-ship beaming me home. I’d live there if I could.
